Project Overview
This project focused on improving an uneven, patchy lawn and restoring overall turf health and consistency. The existing lawn had dull & dry grass, excessive weed growth, visible low/bare spots, and inconsistent watering.

Scope of Work
The project began with a TurfIQ Smart Lawn Assessment to identify key problem areas and develop a structured improvement plan.

• Lawn Leveling: Leveling was completed to even out low spots, improve drainage, and create a more uniform lawn.
• Overseeding: Premium grass seed was applied followed by topdressing with a premium material to promote optimum seed germination.
• Fertilization & Weed Control: Targeted treatments were used to promote healthy growth while reducing weeds to complete elimination.
• Smart Irrigation System: Designed and installed to deliver required water for seed germination and continuous hydration to keep the grass healthy.

Results
The lawn has developed into a thick-lush green lawn with more even growth, and better overall health. With smart irrigation, proper fertilization and weed control in place, optimum results were delivered.

Project Overview
This project involved the installation of a smart irrigation system at a pre-landscaping stage, prior to sod and final planting. Completing the work at this phase allowed for a cost-effective installation and optimal system layout without disturbing the finished landscaping.

Scope of Work
• Irrigation Design & Layout: A customized sprinkler system was designed to ensure consistent coverage across future lawn areas. A separate drip irrigation layout was planned for trees and shrubs.
• Trenching & Sprinkler Installation: Trenching across the property, followed by placement of poly pipes and sprinkler heads positioned for proper spacing and coverage.
• Drip Irrigation Installation: Drip lines and nozzles were installed in designated areas for trees and shrubs, allowing for controlled, efficient watering at the root level.
• System Setup & Automation: The system was connected to a smart controller, with app setup and watering schedules configured to provide automated, consistent irrigation.

Results
The system was installed cleanly and efficiently prior to landscaping, eliminating the need for future disruption. With both sprinkler and drip irrigation in place, the new yard was ready for a healthy lawn establishment.
